Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ricky's Dog Training

This Policy governs all refund and cancellation requests arising from services provided by Ricky's Dog Training. Please read this document carefully before booking any training programme, consultation, or assessment session. By completing a booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out herein. All provisions are subject to applicable law.
Section 1
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled session.
24-Hour Notice Requirement
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled session. Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, Ricky's Dog Training will work with the client to reschedule the session, subject to availability and the applicable programme schedule.
Providing Notice Does Not Extend Programme
Providing notice does not automatically extend the duration or validity of a training programme.
Trainer Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Ricky's Dog Training needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the affected session will not be counted as used. An alternative session will be arranged with the client.
Section 2
Missed Sessions & No-Shows
If a client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided the required notice, the session will count as a completed/used session.
Session Counted as Used
If a client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided the required notice, the session will count as a completed/used session.
No Automatic Replacement or Refund
A missed session or no-show does not automatically qualify for a replacement session or refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Ricky's Dog Training may consider exceptions to the normal cancellation or rescheduling policy in genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances. Any such exception will be considered on a case-by-case basis and should not be assumed to apply to future bookings.
Section 3
Late Arrival
Clients are responsible for joining scheduled online sessions on time.
Sessions End at Scheduled Time
If a client joins late, the session will ordinarily still end at the originally scheduled finishing time.
No Extension, Refund or Rescheduling for Late Arrival
Additional time is not guaranteed, and a session will not automatically be extended, refunded or rescheduled because of late arrival.
Section 4
Training Programme Refunds
A client may request cancellation of a training programme up to the completion of the second scheduled training session.
Within refund window
Up to completion of second scheduled session — refund request may be considered.
Outside refund window
After second session, fees non-refundable
Refund Window
A refund request for a training programme may be submitted up to the completion of the second scheduled training session of the relevant programme.
Deductions Within the Refund Window
Where a refund is approved during this period: the value of any sessions already conducted may be deducted; any applicable non-refundable charges may be deducted; and the remaining eligible balance may be refunded.
Outside the Refund Window
Once the second scheduled training session has been completed, programme fees are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.
Section 5
₹999 Consultation — Terms & Refund Provisions
The ₹999 online consultation is a standalone service.
Nature of the Consultation
The ₹999 consultation is a paid, standalone service. The consultation fee is separate from any subsequent training programme fee and is not automatically adjusted against it.
Non-Refundable After Completion
Once the consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is not refundable merely because the client decides not to enrol in a training programme, chooses a different training option, or does not proceed with Ricky's Dog Training after receiving the consultation and recommendation.
Recommendation Validity
The recommendation provided after the consultation remains valid for 45 days from the date of the consultation. If the client chooses to enrol after this period, Ricky's Dog Training may require a new consultation.
Section 6
Level 2 & Level 3 Eligibility Assessments
The current Level Eligibility Assessment fee is ₹999. Payment for an eligibility assessment does not guarantee that the dog will qualify for Level 2 or Level 3.
Nature of the Assessment
The eligibility assessment is a video-based service. The assessment fee is separate from the programme fee and is not deducted or adjusted against it, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Non-Refundable After Completion
Once the assessment service has been completed, the assessment fee is not refundable merely because the dog is assessed as not yet ready for the requested level, additional foundation work is recommended, or the client decides not to proceed with the training programme.
Assessment Result Validity
Eligibility assessment results remain valid for 45 days from the date the result is communicated.
How Approved Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method agreed by Ricky's Dog Training. Actual crediting time may depend on the bank, payment provider or payment method used. Ricky's Dog Training does not control processing delays caused by third-party banks or payment service providers.
Section 7
Programme Schedule & Unused Sessions
Training programmes have defined numbers of sessions, schedules and durations. Clients are expected to complete their sessions within the schedule and duration communicated for their programme. Unused sessions should not be assumed to remain available indefinitely. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling or delays may affect the ability to complete the programme within its intended schedule.

Applicable Consumer Rights & Refund Limitations
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law. Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement service or another remedy, those legal requirements will apply.

Applicable Law
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including applicable consumer protection legislation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Ricky's Dog Training's principal place of business.
Policy Amendments
Ricky's Dog Training reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The version of this Policy in force at the time of booking shall apply to that booking. Clients are encouraged to review this Policy prior to each booking.
Scope of This Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consultations, assessments, training programmes and scheduled sessions purchased or booked with Ricky's Dog Training, operated by Nishant Sharma.
