Payment-related information
When you make a payment, payment information is processed through our payment service provider. Ricky's Dog Training may receive transaction-related information such as your name, contact details, payment status, transaction reference, service purchased and amount paid.
We do not need to receive or store your complete card, UPI or banking credentials in order to provide our training services.

4. Consultations & Training Information
Information you provide regarding your dog's behaviour, history, environment and training may be used to assess the situation and provide recommendations.
Because behaviour can be influenced by medical factors, you may voluntarily provide relevant information about your dog's health or veterinary history.
Such information is used in connection with the dog's training or behaviour assessment and does not make Ricky's Dog Training a veterinary service provider.
Videos, Payments, Bookings & WhatsApp
5. Videos, Photographs & Assessment Submissions
Clients may submit videos, photographs and other material for consultations, Level Eligibility Assessments or ongoing training.
This material may be viewed and retained where reasonably necessary to:
- conduct the assessment;
- provide feedback;
- understand training progress;
- support the client's programme; or
- maintain appropriate service records.
Submitting material for training or assessment does not automatically give Ricky's Dog Training permission to publish that material on social media, advertising or other public marketing channels.
Where identifiable client-submitted content is intended to be used publicly, appropriate permission will be obtained where required.
This is consistent with the media/content provision in our Terms & Conditions.
6. Payments
Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider made available by Ricky's Dog Training.
Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Ricky's Dog Training may receive information necessary to confirm and administer the transaction, including payment status, transaction reference, amount, customer contact information and the service purchased.
7. Bookings & Online Sessions
We currently use services such as Calendly for appointment scheduling and Google Calendar/Google Meet for scheduling and conducting online sessions.
Information submitted during booking may therefore be processed through these services.
This may include your name, email address, appointment information and responses to booking questions.
8. WhatsApp & Email
We may communicate with you through WhatsApp and email for purposes including:
- responding to enquiries;
- confirming payments or bookings;
- sending assessment instructions;
- providing Dropbox/video submission links;
- communicating assessment results;
- providing training guidance;
- sharing programme information; and
- providing support associated with your service.
Our WhatsApp communications may be processed using WhatsApp/Meta services and WhatsApp Business technologies.
Email communications may be processed using email services such as Gmail/Google.
9. Dropbox & Video Uploads
For certain assessments, Ricky's Dog Training may provide a Dropbox File Request or another secure upload method.
Files submitted through these services are processed using the applicable third-party platform and may be stored within the account used by Ricky's Dog Training for assessment and service delivery.
Clients should submit only the information reasonably required for the assessment.
Analytics, Cookies & Advertising

Our website may use analytics and related technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the website and to measure website or marketing performance.
